Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or if you are over the 7 days for free return, we offer a free exchange on all items up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please email us at: [email protected] with your Order Number and stating the reason for exchange.

Once the Exchange request is received and accepted, we will send you a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items.

Our courier partner Fetchr will be notified of the pick-up request, and they will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient time for pick up. 

Please keep the items ready to hand over to the Courier (packaged with the label clearly attached)

Returns

We hope you do not feel the need to return your purchase however if you do, we provide a free return service within 7 days of receiving your order.

To make a request for refund, please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and stating the reason for return.

Our courier partner Lyve will be notified of the pick-up request, and they will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient time for pick up. 

Once the return request is received and accepted, our courier partner will arrive with a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items.

Please keep the items ready to hand over to the Courier

You can choose between getting your money refunded on the card used for payment or opt for store credit.

Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction.

Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back into your account – once the item (s) have been received back to us.

Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

  • Items are packed back in their original packaging with labels and tags on
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents on the garments will NOT qualify for a refund)

*We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect any of the above*

Towels and Socks are non-refundable or exchangeable due to Hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Sale Items

  • Non-Returnable 
  • Free exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • If size not available, store credit will be provided upon satisfactory product return (as per our Return policy above).
