Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are available for:
- A different size
- Orders beyond the 7-day free return period
- How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at info@mypalmfit.com with your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.
Once your request is received and accepted, we will provide a prepaid/free shipping label for the return.
Package the item with the shipping label clearly attached and hand it over to the courier.
Returns
We strive for your satisfaction, but if you wish to return an item, we offer a free return service within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at info@mypalmfit.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our courier partner will contact you at the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a convenient pickup.
Once your request is accepted, our courier partner will bring a prepaid/free shipping label.
Ensure the items are packaged and ready for collection.
Refund Options:
Card Refund: Refunded to the card used for payment. Please allow 7-14 days for the amount to reflect in your account after the returned item(s) are received.
Store Credit: Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Return Policy Guidelines
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Note: Items that are damaged, soiled, or carry any perfume/scents will not qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items:
- Towels and socks (for hygiene reasons).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return any item that does not comply with these guidelines.
